Fry-529 Retail Center's 115,000 SF Fiesta is Open

United Equities has completed the Fiesta Mart-anchored Fry-529 Retail Center west of Houston.

Phase One of the 22-acre development is anchored by Fiesta Mart, along with Goodwill Select Store & Donation Center as its junior anchor. The first phase consists of 115,000 square feet of retail space plus additional pad sites.

The project is located at southeast corner of North Fry Road and FM 529 in Cypress. The center is a few miles east of the Grand Parkway, between U.S. 290 and Interstate 10.

The Fiesta Mart store will occupy about 60,000 square feet of the center at 20331 FM 529, according to Doug Freedman of United Equities.

The Houston-based grocer operates 33 stores in the Houston area.  Additional tenants will include a mix of retail, restaurant, medical, dental and service-oriented businesses.
